Shastri Babb is a creative and strategic retail marketing leader currently serving as the National Graphic Design Manager at IKEA. With extensive experience in visual merchandising and graphic communication, Shastri has defined and driven national brand experience strategies and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable storytelling solutions across multiple markets. Previously, Shastri held various roles at IKEA, including Country Graphic Communication Leader and Graphic Communication Specialist, where they implemented national communication strategies and maintained consistent visual brand identity. Shastri holds a degree in Information Technology and Graphic Design from Saint John's University.
