Sidsel Nøttrup

Sidsel Nøttrup is a People & Culture Specialist with a diverse background in the travel and retail industries. They began their career at Apollo Travel Group as a Tour Guide before advancing to roles including Economy and Operation Supervisor and Destination Manager. Sidsel later joined IKEA, where they have held multiple positions since 2025, including Mobility & Learning Delivery Specialist, People & Culture Administrator, and their current role as People & Culture Specialist. They also gained experience as an HR-administrator at Gavdi Group and as a Customer Service Operations Specialist at Albatros Travel. Sidsel holds degrees in Samfundsfag og sprog from Tornbjerg gymnasium and HR jura and Rekruttering from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi.
