Sini Pitkänen

Sini Pitkänen is currently the Country Customer Operations Leader at IKEA Finland, having developed extensive experience in customer service and management through various roles within the IKEA Group since 2019. They began their career as a Restaurant Worker, which laid the foundation for their management and customer service skills. Over the years, Sini has excelled in positions such as Customer Services Manager, where they focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and team leadership. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences and a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration from Suomen yrittäjäopisto.
