Stacey Porter

Stacey Porter possesses extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having served in various roles since 2010. Initially, Stacey worked as a Student Mentor at Aim Higher, followed by a position as Office Manager at Murray McIntosh. A recruitment stint at Project People preceded a significant tenure at Shaw Trust as an Employer Engagement Consultant, focused on employment services for disabled and disadvantaged individuals. Following this, Stacey excelled at IKEA Group from 2019 to 2024, first as a People & Culture Generalist and later as an HR Business Partner. Currently, Stacey serves as a People and Culture Business Partner at IKEA, starting in December 2024. Stacey holds a 2:1 degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Portsmouth.
