Steve Foster has over three decades of experience in retail management and customer service. Foster's career began at IKEA Group in May 1991, where a series of progressively responsible roles included Sales & Customer Service, Assistant Store Manager, Store Sales Manager, Store Manager, Department Sales Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Logistics Manager until January 2002. In 2000, Foster became the Owner of Playground Clothing, a position held to the present day. Currently, since September 2023, Foster serves as the Transformation and Development Manager at IKEA.
