Steve Mathews

Steve Mathews is a dedicated safety and security leader currently serving as the Safety and Security Leader for Canada at IKEA Group. They have extensive experience in loss prevention and security, having held positions such as Deputy Risk and Compliance Manager Canada and Safety and Loss Prevention Manager at IKEA. Prior to their tenure at IKEA, Steve worked as a District Loss Prevention Manager at both The Home Depot and Best Buy, and held various roles in security and loss prevention at companies including Four Points by Sheraton and The T. Eaton Co. Ltd. Steve earned a diploma in Law Enforcement from Seneca Polytechnic.
