Sven Toth is currently the Head of Quality at IKEA Switzerland, bringing over nine years of leadership experience in quality and compliance management within the organization. They are responsible for national quality and governance processes, audits, and the development of control systems while supporting teams in risk identification and management. Sven is also an educator at SAQ-QUALICON AG and the SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie, where they teach integrated management systems and process management. With a Master of Advanced Studies in Quality Leadership and multiple certifications, Sven aims to leverage their analytical and communication skills to enhance internal audit and corporate governance processes.
