Thomas Volz

Thomas (Tom) Volz is a seasoned professional in loss prevention and safety management, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Loss Prevention and Safety Manager for IKEA Group since March 2009, Volz has previously held positions such as Safety and Security Manager at the same organization, Director of Community Safety at Reed College, and Security Supervisor at Legacy Health. Early in his career, Volz worked as a Site Manager at Amerisec, Inc. and served as a Senior Supervisor at CMS - Crowd Management Services. Volz holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Eastern Washington University, a certificate in Loss Prevention Certified from the Loss Prevention Foundation, and has completed general studies at both Clackamas Community College and Portland Community College.
