Tom Haveman is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in product engineering and software development. Currently serving as Head of Product Engineering at IKEA Group since July 2020, Tom previously held key positions including Director of Technology (CTO) at UBsend, and Head of Technology (CTO) at BESTSELLER. Throughout the career, Tom has demonstrated expertise in managing agile teams and providing strategic leadership across various companies, including Travix International as Head of Software Development and CLIQ Digital as Technology Director. Tom's earlier experience encompasses roles as a Senior Business Development Manager and Web Developer, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Informatica from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
