With over a decade of experience in the media and advertising sectors, Tracy has held various roles, including Senior Omnichannel Experience Leader at IKEA Marketing & Communications and Account Director at Emerse. Tracy co-founded The Red Thread and has a background in driving revenue growth and developing marketing strategies for multiple television stations. They earned a BS with dual majors in Mass Communications and Communication Studies from St. Cloud State University.
