Vanessa Pasillas possesses a diverse professional background with a focus on training, marketing, safety, and event coordination. At IKEA Group, Vanessa served as a Site Implementation Group Trainer, emphasizing training programs for organizational readiness, and later excelled as a Loyalty & Community Engagement Manager, leading local marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
