Veronica Vallejo, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and people management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at IKEA MENA, Vallejo previously held the position of Head of HR for Marks and Spencer in the MENA region. Prior to that, Vallejo was with Al-Futtaim Motors, where responsibilities included a promotion from Quality Manager to Engagement Manager in October 2013. Earlier experience also includes a role as Quality Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C.
