Vincent Boishardy

Vincent Boishardy is a Global Sales and Commercial Performance Leader with experience across 30+ markets. They held various leadership roles at IKEA from 2020 to 2025, including Global Sales Performance Leader and Regional Finance & Operations Leader for Southeast Asia, and they were recognized as the FY18 Employee of the Year in Canada. Vincent began their career as a Market Insight Analyst at Graco in 2011 and has also worked as a Business Strategy Consultant and Purchasing Assistant. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Laval University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from EM Normandie.
