Yang Yang

Yang Yang, PhD, is a work and organizational psychologist dedicated to fostering workplace wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion. They have served in various roles, including as a Senior Consultant at Pulso Europe, where they guide organizations in enhancing employee psychosocial wellbeing. Yang's previous experiences include positions at DHL, KU Leuven, and as a Chinese Teacher, alongside contributions as a Teaching Assistant and PhD Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Currently, they are the Health & Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Leader at IKEA.
