Yelim Mun

Yelim Mun is a Learning Design Leader at Inter IKEA Group, where they drive the creation of impactful learning experiences aligned with strategic business priorities. They previously held roles as a Learning Designer at Inter IKEA Group, and as a Junior Learning Specialist at TNO, where they contributed to educational research and developed innovative training solutions recognized with awards. Yelim has also completed a PhD at the University of Twente focusing on improving cognitive flexibility in learners, and holds a Master's degree in Learning, Design, and Technology from Penn State University. Their diverse background includes teaching English at Kyung Hee Middle School and providing consulting services for foreign businesses at Yeouido Global Business Center.
