Quadri Akinbode

Quadri Akinbode, R.Engr(COREN), has extensive experience in electrical engineering, particularly in operations and maintenance within the utility sector. Employed at Ikeja Electric since July 2017, Quadri has progressed from Operations and Maintenance Engineer to Coordinator, focusing on managing substation and line faults, strategic maintenance planning for distribution networks, and supervising maintenance staff. Prior to this role, Quadri completed a Graduate Trainee Engineer position at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic during NYSC, contributing to educational programs in Electrical Circuit Theory and practical solar projects. An internship at Multisonic Technologies involved the design and construction of power-electronics circuits. Quadri holds a Master's degree in Power Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
