Mark Shannon is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at IKG since February 2022, Mark previously held the position of Operations Manager at Linder Oil Company. From January 2019 to December 2020, Mark was the Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Edy's Grand Ice Cream, where leadership encompassed large-scale improvement processes and management of production departments. Prior to that, Mark was the Continuous Excellence Manager at Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream from September 2009 to January 2019, driving operational enhancements and efficiency initiatives. Mark's career began at Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream as the Safety, Health & Environmental Manager from January 2006 to September 2009, playing a key role in promoting an injury-free workplace culture. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne.
