Roman Romas

Roman Romas has extensive experience in financial management and analysis across various sectors. Currently serving as a Financial Controller at PALINK / IKI since September 2021, Roman oversees financial planning, working capital management, and reporting to the CEO, as well as participating in the annual budgeting process. Previous roles include Financial Analyst at Lithuanian Railways and Data Analyst at Girteka Logistics, where responsibilities included financial control within SAP S/4 HANA and fuel consumption analysis. As the founder of Roman Romas photography since November 2015, Roman operates as a professional photographer specializing in weddings, events, and business photography. A long tenure at the Central Project Management Agency involved managing EU-funded programs, enhancing risk management, and developing IT solutions. Early career experience included financial auditing with Auditas. Roman holds a Master's degree in Auditing and Accounting from Kaunas University of Technology.
