The Japanese concept of "Ikigai", is the secret ingredient to a long and fulfilling life. Once you find your reason for being or your Ikigai, it is only a matter of having the courage and making the effort to stay on your path. At Ikigai Life Coaching, we believe that anything is possible if we set our heart to it and leverage the strengths of the mind. We believe in the unlimited human potential, and sometimes all it takes is honesty to acknowledge it, courage to stand up to it and persistence to go after it. This is where we as your coach come in. To identify your goals, set course and then stay on course. Your dreams, desire, goals could be any- finding a job, career transition, losing weight, to feel fulfilled or to gain a spiritual meaning to life, living a balanced life by finding your wellness narrative etc. If there has been a desire or a goal which is keeping you away from feeling fulfilled and growing in your life, then we will work together in identifying and achieving that. Remember no goal, dream is too big or small.
