Atef Gris

Atef Mounir is an experienced professional in the field of control systems and instrumentation, currently serving as the SCADA, Control Systems, and Instrumentation Projects Lead at LafargeHolcim since September 2008. In this role, Atef Mounir specializes in the design and implementation of SCADA, DCS, and PLC projects, with a strong background in Rockwell Allen-Bradley, Siemens S7-300, and ABB industrial IT800 systems. Prior to this position, Atef Mounir worked as an Automation Engineer, focusing on the installation and commissioning of SCADA systems, and as an Instrumentation Engineer, where responsibilities included DCS installation of Ventomatic packers machines and calibration. Before joining LafargeHolcim, Atef Mounir was a Senior System Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Egypt, overseeing ERP system testing and resource planning. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Total Quality Management from The American University in Cairo and a B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
