Allar Klein

Allar Klein has been in the construction industry since 2006. Allar began their career as an Assistant Supervisor at Oskusehitus OU in 2006. In 2008, they moved to Seacrest Homes as an Assistant Supervisor, and in 2009 they became a Scaffolding Supervisor at Downer EDI. In 2010, they returned to Seacrest Homes as a Construction Supervisor. In 2012, they founded Ahtmann Construction AUS, and in 2014 they founded RECOM Construction AUS. In 2018, they founded RECOM Construction UK, and in 2019 they became Chairman & CEO of iknowa.

Allar Klein has a varied educational background. From 2011 to 2013, they attended the Central Institute of Technology, where they earned a Diploma in Building, Construction & Technology. From 2006 to 2008, they attended the Vocational Education Centre in Parnumaa, Estonia, where they earned a Certificate in Building/Home/Construction Inspection/Inspector. Allar has also obtained additional certifications, including a GDPR Data Protection Officer Skills from the University of Derby in 2021, an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2019, a Diploma of Building & Construction from Central Institute of Technology in 2013, an IELTS from Cambridge Assessment English in 2013, and a Professionally Qualified Person CSCS Card from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) in 2018.
