PABX telephone systems - Analogue, IP and VoIP
Archive software and document management solutions, MDS/MPS, SaaS
Rental and Service agreements
This is what differentiates Ikon in a very competitive industry:

Ethical and Moral values

With a combined 30 years industry experience we have seen all the tricks and shortcuts, but we took a decision at the inception of Ikon that we will conduct business in an ethical manner.

Dedication to Service

We are focussed on looking after our most valuable assets, our clients – every care is taken to do things by the book, and not take any shortcuts, or to rely on silly margins from the sales.

Only Original Toners and Parts

We only use original toner and parts in our contract machines; this has a remarkable effect on the equipment’s uptime and long-term durability. Compatible toners & parts are simply not as reliable as originals, and the customers are the ones that lose out in the long run. Rental and Service Agreements without onerous clauses Our agreements do not have the clauses in that many other companies do, where you can be charged for “service not yet received”, as well as automatic rental renewals, to mention but two. Ask us for copies of our agreements to see how customer friendly they are.

Exceptional support from our suppliers

We are extremely privileged to have suppliers like Develop SA , Lexmark SA, First-Coast, CBX Tech. and many others as partners; these organizations take a definite interest in us and our clients’ wellbeing, thereby making our delivery of world-class solutions to our clients easy – in the end, everyone wins.
