Michael Boyer

Michael Boyer is the COO and Co-founder of IKOS Group, a leading European consulting and engineering firm in the railway sector, with significant operations in the energy field across more than 30 global locations. Michael has extensive experience in management roles, having previously served as General Manager for the New Technologies Division at Segula Technologies, where oversight included the management of four companies specializing in software development and engineering applications. Additionally, Michael held the position of Operational Director and Partner at Altran (Segime), managing transportation activities and integrating acquired companies. Michael began a career in project management at Plastic Omnium, focusing on the industrialization of medical devices. Educational qualifications include an Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering from ITII Lyon and management training at Institut du Management ALTRAN.
