Solène Ballit

Solène Ballit is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and recruitment. At IKOS GROUP since September 2020, Solène serves as Chargée Ressources Humaines, overseeing team management, new employee integration, personnel administration, and career development processes. Previously, Solène gained experience at Korian as an Apprentie RH-Siège from September 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included contract drafting and employment agreements. Additionally, Solène worked as a Consultante en recrutement at RealDev from April to July 2019, focusing on candidate recruitment and market needs assessment. Solène's early career began as a Prospection Officer at INSEEC School of Business & Economics, where recruitment and management were key responsibilities. Solène holds a Master Programme Grande Ecole in Human Resources Management from OMNES Education and completed a Classe préparatoire HEC at Lycée Claude Monet.
