Alex Smith

Alex Smith started their work experience in 2006 as a Computer Help Desk Technician at Butler University. From May to October 2011, they worked as an Electronic Ad Research Specialist at Yellow Pages Group / Groupe Pages Jaunes - Canada. In 2011, they also joined Orchard Software as a Software Tester, where they manually tested a multi-software suite and documented software defects. Alex utilized JIRA and Confluence for documentation and worked there until May 2017. In 2017, they joined iLAB as a Senior Software QA Analyst, where they served as a consultant for the Family & Social Services Administration, coordinated the Time Travel testing environment, and participated in all phases of the project life cycle.

Alex Smith obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance from Butler University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Alex Smith obtained a certification as a Certified Tester, Foundation Level from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in April 2021.
