Ed Ballard began their career at Bell Techlogix, Inc. as a Help Desk Analyst, providing PC/LAN support in a Windows environment. Ed later went on to work at Unisys as an IT Librarian, managing electronic and hardcopy validation documents. Currently, at iLAB, Ed serves as a Sr. Software QA Analyst, ensuring quality assurance in software development.
