Jael Madu has a diverse range of work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Test Analyst at iLAB. Prior to that, in 2014, they held the role of Test Analyst (Test Automation) at Tetrad IT. In 2014, Jael also worked as a freelance Language Practitioner, specializing in English-French translation. From 2012 to 2013, Jael tutored various computer-related subjects at Monash University South Africa and also worked briefly as a Production Assistant and Peer Facilitator. In 2011, they had an IT Trainee role at Kamoto Copper Company, and in 2008, they worked as a Shop Supervisor and Data Entry Clerk at Ca Va Bien LTD.
Jael Madu attended Monash University South Africa from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, with a major in Applications Developments and Networks. In February 2012, Jael also obtained an Academic Tutor Certificate from Monash University South Africa.
