Malcolm Collins

Malcolm Collins started their work experience in 2010 as a Diversity Scholars Research Participant in Computer Science at IUPUI. Malcolm then worked as a Sales Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. from December 2011 to November 2014. In October 2010, they joined Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis as an Adaptive Support Professional (Tech Specialist) until May 2015. From February 2014 to May 2015, they also held the position of Web Developer I - IU Communications at IUPUI and worked as a Database Administrator for Norman Brown from February 2014 to September 2014. In 2015, Malcolm joined MOBI Wireless Management as a Software Developer Intern from May 2015 to January 2016 and later worked as an Associate Software Developer from January 2016 to August 2018. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at iLAB starting from April 2020. Malcolm also has experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at iLAB from September 2018, but the end date is not provided.

Malcolm Collins began their education journey at Troy High School, where they attended from 2006 to 2008. Malcolm then transferred to Lawrence North High School, where they completed their secondary education until 2010.

Following high school, Malcolm enrolled at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2010. Malcolm pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Informatics & Computing and completed their undergraduate studies in 2015.

Alongside their bachelor's degree, Malcolm obtained a certification in Human Computer Interaction from IUPUI in May 2015.

Afterwards, in 2015 and 2016, Malcolm attended Eleven Fifty Academy, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.

Malcolm's educational journey continued at Purdue University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity & Trusted Systems. Malcolm started their master's program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2023.
