Sharon Grego

Sharon Grego is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and software quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst at iLAB since October 2016, Sharon previously held the position of Engineer III Specialist in Network Engineering & Operations at Verizon from June 2000 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing routing, provisioning, and troubleshooting of TDM and VoIP Long Distance connections. Earlier experience at GTE from August 1989 to June 2000 involved monitoring and maintaining multistate fiber optic communication networks and DMS 250 switches. Sharon's career began in the United States Air Force from August 1978 to August 1981 as a Telecommunication Controller, responsible for planning and managing telecommunication operations at multiple bases.
