James MacKey

James Mackey is the Founder and CEO of SecureVision, a specialized recruiting agency launched in June 2015 that focuses on Machine Learning, Engineering, Product, Revenue/GTM, and G&A. Under James' leadership, SecureVision has assisted over 200 companies, including GrubHub, Danaher, and Microsoft, in their hiring processes. In addition to leading SecureVision, James serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Emtrain and hosts The Breakthrough Hiring Show, where discussions revolve around hiring practices and the impact of AI on recruitment. James has also held significant roles in talent acquisition for various companies including IntelliShift and Comeet, and began a career in recruitment with experiences ranging from talent acquisition at Bowman Williams to a recruitment internship at The White House.
