Roopalakshmi Chamraj

Roopalakshmi Chamraj has a diverse range of work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked at Spatik Consultants Pvt Ltd as a Management Trainee and later as an Operations Manager until 2011. In 2011, they joined ILANTUS Technologies as an HR Manager, where they played a pivotal role in the Identity and Access Management domain for three years.

In 2015, Roopalakshmi became the Head HR at Tarento Technologies Pvt Ltd, a position they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an HRBP at Alstom. In 2018, they joined ITI Limited as a Human Resources Expert/OSD to CMD, a role they held until 2023.

Currently, Roopalakshmi is an Associate HR focusing on Performance Management and Business Excellence at Cross Identity since March 2023, utilizing their extensive HR expertise gathered from their previous roles.

Roopalakshmi Chamraj completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce at Bishop Cotton Women College. Roopalakshmi then went on to pursue an MBA degree in HR & Marketing at Bangalore University, which they completed from 1999 to 2001.
