Innovative Learning Center is a STEM education research, evaluation, and data analytics consulting firm that has been working with academic leaders to design and implement human-centered STEM programs since 2007. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality program evaluation, data collection, and information management services available.

In order for any organization to achieve success, it must have a clear understanding of where it is now and, more importantly, its vision for the future. This is why our innovative approach, which marries qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis with culturally responsive evaluation practices, is so valuable. It allows us to gain a clear understanding of our clients' needs and implement actionable goals that help them move closer to this vision.

We work with clients to create STEM programs that have a true and lasting impact, providing support through every step of the program development process, data collection, implementation, and beyond. The result is higher-quality STEM programs that engage the "whole person." We believe all learners, regardless of race, socio-economic status, or gender identity, should have access to quality STEM programming that acknowledges and fosters the growth of their unique intellectual assets.

Only by working together can we shift organizational and academic culture toward asset-based, inclusive teaching and learning.
