Oded Setter

Oded Setter is an experienced business and finance director currently serving as the VP of Financing, Investments, and Business Development at the Israel Land Development Company Ltd and holds board member positions at MLP Group S.A., Skyline Investments, Keystone Reit, and Elcon Recycling Center. With a strong background in the Real Estate and Infrastructure industries, Oded has previously worked as a Business Finance Director at Arison Investments and held various roles, including Director of Economics, Control, and Strategy at Shikun & Binui. Oded co-founded the Flame Initiative and has experience as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Advisory. They hold a BA in Communication and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
