Felipe André Schütz has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2013, they were a Bolsista at UFRGS's Agência Experimental de Relações Públicas (AGERP). In 2014, they worked as a freelancer at Agência Palco in an Atendimento role. From 2015-2018, they held various roles including Estagiário de Comunicação Social at the Ministério da Cultura, Estagiário de Relações Públicas at Trensurb, Analista de Marketing e Relacionamento no produto Grêmio Mais - iDt (Incentive Data Tecnology) at 4all Tecnologia, and Assistente de Relacionamento com o Cliente at 4all Tecnologia. In 2019, they were a Customer Success at Ground Sportech (de Ótica). Since 2020, they have held two roles: Customer Success at ilegra and Customer Success no Projeto Deli.me (DX.co). In their role at DX.co, Felipe has been a leader of the Customer Success team, implemented clients on the platform, managed customer relations, and more.

Felipe André Schütz graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2017 with a degree in Graduação em Relações Públicas in the field of Comunicação Social. Felipe André also has a number of certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn, Sebrae, and Alura Cursos Online. These certifications cover topics such as developing competencies for inclusive conversations, diversity and inclusion, Git and GitHub, unconscious biases, cultural diversity, leadership, customer success, Google Analytics, personal relationships, and web accessibility.
