Amélie Roche

Amélie Roche is currently the Head of Customer Marketing at ilek and has extensive experience in customer retention and marketing strategy. Previously, Amélie served as the Responsable Marketing Fidélisation at Eni Energies et Services, where they led customer loyalty and retention initiatives for a B2C client base of one million. Amélie has also held various project management roles in marketing at companies such as SFR and SNCF Connect & Tech, focusing on CRM strategies and digital engagement. They hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from Université Panthéon Assas.
