Constance Lordon

Constance Lordon is a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with extensive experience in sustainability, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently at ilek since December 2022, Constance has been instrumental in achieving B Corp certification and managing corporate sustainability targets, diversity policies, and health and safety initiatives. Prior experience includes a role at GSE where Constance developed the ESG strategy, enhanced reporting measures, and managed sustainable projects, achieving significant recognition in environmental performance. As a CSR Consultant at C3 Consensus, Constance focused on stakeholder relations and ESG strategies, while earlier positions included sustainable development networking and web application development at FACE Loire and C3 Consensus. Constance holds a Licence in Political Science from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a Master's in Territorial Economic Development from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
