Maud A possesses a diverse background in quality coaching, operations management, and creative design. Currently serving as Coach qualité at ilek since June 2021, responsibilities include monitoring the quality of internal communications and providing coaching to enhance employee skills. Maud A has also held roles such as Ops, managing customer inquiries and complaints across all contract life cycles, and as a co-founder and Chief Designer Officer at LimonX, facilitating cryptocurrency transactions for gift card purchases. Additionally, Maud A has experience as an independent web designer and graphic designer, focusing on brand development and event communication, and has contributed to team building initiatives as a Happyness Manager at VAKA.
