Tom Harding

Tom Harding is the current Director at iLendingDirect. Tom has also previously worked as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch from September 2008 to February 2015, as a Summer Associate at Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Group from June 2007 to August 2007, as a Summer Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Latin America Group at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from May 2006 to August 2006, and as a Clerk for the Hon. Richard Conway Casey in the Southern District of New York from September 2005 to December 2005. Additionally, Tom has interned at La Asociación por los Derechos Civiles in Buenos Aires and at the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office.

Tom Harding attended The Park School of Baltimore for their primary and secondary education. Tom then went on to Swarthmore College where they earned a BA in English Literature with minors in Tom'story and Philosophy. After college, they attended Columbia Business School where they earned an MBA in Finance. Finally, they attended Columbia Law School where they earned a JD in Law.
