Lovwin Banna

Lovwin Banna has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Lovwin started their career in Eigen Engineering Pvt ltd as a Tool and Die Maker from March 2008 to April 2011. Following that, they joined Rexam and worked as a Sr. Engineer (Innovation & Design) from May 2011 to May 2014. Currently, they are working at iLenSys Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Delivery Head starting from June 2022. Prior to this role, they held several positions in the same company, including Project Manager from June 2019 to June 2022, Sr Lead Consultant from June 2016 to June 2019, and Lead Consultant from June 2014 to June 2016. In the role of Lead Consultant, Lovwin was responsible for leading electromechanical product design activities from concept to manufacturing, acting as a single point of contact for all new product development and introduction projects. Lovwin also managed drawing and product design standards throughout the product life cycle and handled bill of materials and drawing releases for each phase of product development.

Lovwin Banna completed a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Eastern Institute For Integrated Learning In Management from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they also obtained a Diploma in Tool and Die Making from NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation) from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their educational qualifications, Lovwin Banna has obtained additional certifications in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) in June 2016, dFMEA in June 2011, and Solidworks Premium in August 2008.
