Tjitte Schutter is currently the Commissioning Manager for the SPM Double Pipeline Project in Bangladesh. With a substantial background in engineering, Tjitte has held roles such as Materials & Welding Engineer, Completion Manager, and Commissioning Engineer at ILF Consulting Engineers from 2008 to 2011. They also served as a Project Manager for Failure Analysis at Materials Engineering Ltd. of Aberdeen in 2008, and worked as a Metallurgical Engineer at both Schielab bv and Materials Engineering Limited in 2005 and 2006, respectively. Tjitte holds an M.Sc. from Delft University of Technology and an IWE certification from the International Institute of Welding.
