Devon Merz is a seasoned project development lead at Innovative Learning Group, specializing in immersive extended reality (XR) training simulations for healthcare and manufacturing sectors. With previous experience as a digital consultant at Boston Consulting Group, Devon modernized legacy data platforms and crafted targeted marketing campaigns using advanced technologies like Microsoft Azure and Salesforce. Devon also served as a software lead at Englebretson Research Lab, focusing on AI and computer-vision software for disability research. Early career internships encompassed roles in aerospace, education, and energy, where Devon contributed to hardware/software systems, data structuring, and automated safety systems.
