Iliana Beauty & Co. is a modern luxury beauty brand redefining cosmetics through the lens of skincare, science, and intention.

Founded by Niharika Singh and Nupoor Singh, IlianaBeauty & Co. was created with a clear vision: to build a beauty brand where high-performance cosmetics are infused with the care of skincare, without compromising on ethics, inclusivity, or elegance.

Niharika Singh, Co-Founder & Director (Finance & Strategy), brings a strong foundation in commercial finance, strategy, and business building. With experience across retail and e-commerce, she leads Iliana’s long-term vision, financial sustainability, and growth strategy, ensuring the brand is built with both purpose and precision.

Nupoor Singh, Co-Founder & Director (Brand & Product Innovation), is the creative force behind Iliana’s identity and product philosophy. With a deep passion for beauty, storytelling, and consumer experience, she drives product development, formulation vision, and brand expression, ensuring every product feels refined, intentional, and sensorial.

Together, they envision Iliana as a brand that seamlessly blends luxury cosmetics with skincare-led formulations, celebrating individuality across diverse skin tones while upholding clean, cruelty-free, and globally compliant standards.

Iliana Beauty & Co. stands for thoughtful luxury, where beauty is elevated, intentional, and designed to care for the skin as much as it enhances it.
