Rafi Vayani

Rafi Vayani is the Directeur at ilionx, a position they have held since 2018, where they focus on account management, sales, and business development. Previously, Rafi served as a Business Unit Manager at ilionx from 2014 to 2018, overseeing various aspects of recruitment and competence management. They were also a Competence Manager at ITSP Nederland from 2007 to 2011 and the owner of Virtual Assistance from 2001 to 2004. Rafi instructed women's self-defense at Hogeschool INHOLLAND between 1999 and 2005, aiding students pursuing careers in mental healthcare. Rafi earned a Cum Laude MSc in Computer Science from TU Delft and completed VWO at Da Vinci College.
