Sander Warringa

Sander Warringa has extensive experience in consultancy and management, beginning as a Vestiging assistent at Content in 2007, followed by various roles at Adecco Group Nederland from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities grew from Senior Consultant to Branch Manager overseeing multiple locations. Subsequent positions include Business Consultant at You-Get BV specializing in Business Process Management from 2021 to 2022, Account Manager at Centric from 2019 to 2021, and current role as Managing Consultant at ilionx focusing on hyperautomation and integration since 2023. Sander has been involved with the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling as a bestuurslid from 2013 to 2015. Educational background includes a Bachelor in Commerce from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and various management and service excellence courses at Adecco University.
