Founded in 2011, Ilios Power is a Hyderabad-based solar energy company specializing in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, as well as operations and maintenance (O&M) for solar power projects across India. Founded by IIT alumni, the company has established a strong presence in the renewable energy sector. The company now has a portfolio of over 1 GW+ in Solar EPC, 10 GW in Consulting, 600 MW in Asset Management, 60 MW in Project Development and Financing. With more than 150 large scale rooftop projects and over 20 utility scale ground mount projects commissioned in just a span of 14 years, ILIOS has established itself as a long term player building robust assets for Developers/Investors.

The Engineering Core. The Developer’s Perspective.
With over 15 years of on-ground experience, Ilios Power stands as one of India’s most trusted names in Solar EPC and O&M. Built on a foundation of technical precision and operational excellence, we have successfully commissioned a vast portfolio of solar capacity, earning a reputation for delivering high-performance assets that stand the test of time.
A New Era of Vertical Integration
Over the past year, Ilios Power has strategically expanded its horizons by transitioning into Project Development. This move into vertical integration was a natural evolution of our deep technical roots. By managing the entire project lifecycle—from land and permits to financing and grid connectivity—we have gained a 360-degree understanding of what makes a solar asset truly bankable.
Why Our EPC Clients Benefit
While we are growing our own portfolio, our core mission remains being the preferred partner for India’s leading solar developers. Our dual role as a Developer and an EPC provider offers our partners a unique "Owner-Operator" advantage:
Developer-Minded Engineering: At Ilios Power, we don’t just build to spec; we engineer for ROI.
