Ilium Brewing was founded by three friends with a passion for craft beer, cocktails, and great food—all brought together in a space that celebrates the heart of Troy, NY.

Located in the historic Ilium building, our bar and brewery blend the city’s rich history with a modern, elevated take on the classic NYC bar. We’re here for beer lovers, cocktail enthusiasts, and anyone looking to share good drinks, great food, and even better company.

More than just a bar, Ilium Brewing is a tribute to Troy’s people and culture. Whether you're a longtime local or just passing through, we invite you to pull up a seat, raise a glass, and be part of our story.
