At Illegal Beans, we’re on a mission to make every coffee moment extraordinary—no bitter aftertaste, no boring beans! Founded in the Czech Republic, our diverse team of coffee lovers came together with one goal: to roast premium beans that bring joy to cups across the globe.

Why ‘Illegal’? Because we believe in defying the norm! Our Deskpresso service fuels businesses with top-tier office coffee, while our e-shop caters to coffee connoisseurs at home. From Ethiopian floral profiles to bold Colombian blends, we source ethically and roast fresh every week—so you get the best aromas, flavors, and that oh-so-satisfying first sip.

Join the Illegal Beans community and discover coffee worth sipping, savoring, and sharing. The only crime here is settling for less!
