Francesca Giani

Francesca Giani is a Principal specializing in Turnaround & Credit Opportunities at illimity. After significant experience working under the Chief Lending Officer, Francesca currently manages a team focused on "difficult" credit management. Francesca's career began in investment banking with UniCredit, where they focused on Equity Capital Markets and M&A transactions and later specialized in debt restructuring for large corporations. Francesca has also contributed to the growth of a dedicated team at neprix and has recently assumed responsibilities involving special projects and ESG initiatives. Outside of work, Francesca is passionate about sports and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, for which they are a certified instructor.
