Mark Helland

Mark Helland, MBA, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting across various industries, currently serving as Platform Controller for the Automotive Aftermarket - Polymers and Fluids Segment at ITW since September 2013. In this role, Mark provides strategic financial oversight for multiple international divisions, including responsibilities for financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Prior positions include Finance Director at ITW, Site Controller at Plexus, and Finance/Accounting Manager at Kraft Foods, among others. Mark's career began as a Staff Accountant at Eager Enterprises, following a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
