Roy Devadas

Roy Devadas currently serves as the Global IT Strategy & Frameworks manager at ITW, overseeing global IT strategies across corporate and divisional levels with a focus on AI, Cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, and Infrastructure & Networks since September 2025. Previously, Roy worked as a Fractional CIO at Impact Networking, LLC, where responsibilities included aligning IT strategies with business needs and managing budgets from April 2024 to August 2025. Roy has extensive experience in technology operations, having held the position of VP of Technology Operations at Antares Vision Group from March 2010 to March 2024, focusing on global hosting, infrastructure, and security. Additional roles include VP of Engineering at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., and Senior Manager of IT at Tapco Circuit Supply, among others. Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
